Do my teams feel empowered?
"Data, reports,
etc., tell the part of the story of
the organization's cultural
transformation. Observe your team's behaviours; real insights hide in
there."

Leader (Coachee): Hello, Coach! How are you?
Coach: Hi there! I am doing well. What's up?
Coachee: I have a question. In my organization, I am doubling down our efforts to
create a culture of empowerment. How will I measure my success in this endeavour?
How can I predict customer needs better?
"Customer
needs are evolving. It is those who can
predict will develop deeper
customer engagement. As a result, they will continuously have the ability and
advantage to disrupt the marketplace." Saurabha Rath
Coachee (Leader): Hello, Coach! How are you?
Coach: Hi there, I am fine. How are you?
Coachee: Doing well. I have a question. Not sure if you can help.
Essential Elements of any Transformation Effort
Coachee: Hey, Coach! I have a question for you.
Coach: Sure. What's up?
Coachee: Recently, the leaders told the team to perform some tasks in a new way.
I am not comfortable with this change. Should I resist the change?
Coach: Hmmm. Let's try and understand. What makes you resist the change
Coachee: Because I am not comfortable.
From Doing the act to Becoming the Act
Coachee: Hello, Coach!
Coach: Hi there! How are you?
Coachee: I am doing good. I have a question on how I can get my people's
undivided attention. People multitask, and it delays the project's progress.
What do you suggest?
Finding great ideas from the customers’ unspoken words
"Brilliant product ideas hide behind the customer's spoken word. Go beyond their spoken words and listen to their thoughts; it will reveal their actual experience. This knowledge is profound and should set the foundation for product development. - ResonanceOTI"
Raise your hand...& you will be heard!
"Change can come from any part of the organization. However, it needs an environment of trust, openness and collaboration to survive through the moments of uncertainty and eventually create an impact on the lives of people. Therefore, business leaders should observe the team dynamics and employee behaviour & listen to the unspoken words often to identify any potential signals of "uneasiness." Should they discover any, the leaders must immediately initiate the following five steps:

Business Transformation
"Business Transformation can be a daunting yet enriching task. We measure the business outcome to determine the success of the business transformation. However, there is a profound aspect of inner transformation that many of us experience in the process.
Dysfunctional Team
"In my view, "Dysfunctional Team" is an oxymoron. Because I think a "Team" always functions effectively. We may have observed a group of people struggling to work together effectively. We label them as "Team" and may conclude that they are a "Dysfunctional" Team. Are we sure that they are a "Team" already? Or, we may say that they are a "Team" who are going through a storming phase probably (reference: Drive by Daniel Pink)?
The Road & The Journey
"If you only care for the forest, you may lose your trees; If you only care for your trees, you may not have a beautiful forest. So it needs a balancing act: Keep your eyes on the forest while your heart with the trees. Then, the outcome will be a beautiful forest. - Saurabha Rath
